Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the private YouTube publishing tool operated by an individual channel owner accesses, uses, stores, and protects information received through YouTube API Services. The tool is used only by the owner and is not available to the public.

1. YouTube channels covered by this policy

2. Use of YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services to upload prepared videos, submit or revise video metadata, schedule publication, read channel and video details, and confirm upload and processing status. It requests the following OAuth scopes:

The channel owner grants access through Google's OAuth consent process. The tool does not request or store the owner's Google or YouTube password.

3. Information accessed and stored

The tool may access and retain the information necessary for its publishing workflow, including:

The tool does not collect or store Google profile data, the Google account email address, IP addresses, or a separate log of user activity.

4. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the owner, upload and manage videos on the connected channels, schedule releases, verify processing results, update metadata when needed, and resolve technical issues.

This information is not sold, used for advertising, used for profiling, or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored locally on the channel owner's personal computer. Access is limited to the owner. The computer is protected by an operating-system password and full-disk encryption, and the connected Google account uses two-step verification.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are transmitted only to Google's authorization and API endpoints when required for the tool to operate.

6. Data retention

OAuth credentials are retained only while the owner's authorization remains active and while they are needed to operate the tool. Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted at least once every 30 calendar days where required by YouTube API Services policies. Technical upload and error records are retained for no longer than 30 calendar days unless they can be removed earlier.

Authorization is checked through normal API requests and is also reconfirmed at least once every 30 calendar days. If access expires, is revoked, or can no longer be refreshed, the tool stops accessing the affected account and removes the related locally stored API data as soon as possible.

7. Revoking access and deleting stored data

The channel owner may revoke access at any time through Google Security Settings. The owner may also request deletion of locally stored authorization data and YouTube API data by emailing solotracklab4829@gmail.com.

A valid deletion request will be completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If access is revoked through Google Security Settings, related data will be removed as soon as possible and within the period required by YouTube API Services policies.

Deleting locally stored data does not delete videos or other information hosted by YouTube. Content stored on YouTube must be removed through YouTube or another authorized client that supports deletion.

8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The API client does not use advertising services, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies. This privacy-policy page does not intentionally place advertising or analytics cookies.

9. Third-party policies

This tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube and Google services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the tool's functions or data practices change. The effective date displayed at the top of the page will be revised when a material update is made.
